Ingolf brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held strategic and commercial leadership positions with global manufacturers (Rx, OTC) as well as in business development roles at leading service providers in the fields of supply chain, regulatory, quality, medical, marketing, and sales.
He founded PHARMALIZED® with the vision of offering integrated solutions across the entire pharmaceutical value chain — from consulting to implementation. His approach combines the strategic excellence of a mid-cap corporation with the pragmatism of the SME sector and the extensive experience gained through numerous international market entries and transformation projects.
As a graduate industrial engineer, he places particular emphasis on understanding problems holistically in order to develop sustainable, practical solutions. “Only those who truly understand the problem will be able to find the right solution — one that is pragmatic, implementable, and has lasting impact.”
